She is responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies, processes and tools to further enhance the company’s service offerings, client satisfaction and continued growth.
Throughout her more than 38-year career in the engineering and construction industry, she has, through a series of promotions to positions of increasing responsibility and accountability, gained considerable experience in helping clients worldwide meet their energy needs. Current project activities regularly take her to Indonesia, South Africa, China, India, and Thailand among others. On average, Black & Veatch’s Global Services Projects business is involved in projects in 50 different countries each year, serving more than 500 clients through a variety of engineering, construction management and consulting offerings.
Sheri’s personal experience has shown the value of team work. She works to form partnering relationships with clients and to combine their experiences with Black & Veatch’s global capabilities in order to deliver best-in-class results. Personal experience has shown that when an entire team’s energy can be focused on the success of a project, great things will happen.
Sheri also has had the pleasure of working on a number of world-class projects, including the Lontar, Central Java, and Tanjung Jati project now under construction in Indonesia. She enjoys the challenges of taking a collection of best practices and lessons learned and helping create critical infrastructure that improves the quality of life in communities.
